When all the LED go on it usually means that something has interrupted the communications between the analyzer and computer.

Do you have any other software programs that may be running slow or not responding?

Are you using any power saving features that are turning off your computer resources (hard drive, cpu etc) to save power?

Has this happened more than once ?
