Limited Warranty

Battery Metric products are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover damage or wear resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, unauthorized adjustment or alteration, or repair by anyone other than Battery Metric. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Battery Metric, at its option, will provide repair, replacement, or credit for products that are defective within the warranty period. The warranty period varies by product type and can be found on the product data sheet. The warranty set forth herein is in lieu of, and exclusive of, all other warranties, express or implied. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded.  In no event will Battery Metric be liable for any collateral or consequential damage. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not include inbound or outbound shipping charges that may be incurred for warranty service.

• MC and LC Series analyzers a supplied with a 1 year warranty.
• RM Systems sold as a complete system including power supplies, racks and cables are supplied with a 1 year warranty.
• RM modules sold individually without power supplies are supplied with a 1 year warranty.
• MK modules are supplied with a 1 year warranty.

Once the items have been received and evaluated, Battery Metric will contact the user to advise of any charges prior to performing the service.  This will include return shipping charges.   Items requiring service under warranty will incur no charges other than return shipping.
